SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping
At Bavani Hair Co we are committed to delivering excellence with care and efficiency.
All orders placed by 8:00 PM (EST) will ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping is estimated at 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
For security purposes, the billing and shipping addresses must match at checkout. Orders with mismatched addresses will be canceled automatically.
Once your order has shipped, please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. All shipping correspondence will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Upon shipment, responsibility for tracking the package transfers to the customer. Bavani Hair Co is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed, including instances of incorrect address information or delivery negligence.
For birthdays, special events, or time-sensitive occasions, we highly recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance to ensure a seamless and timely delivery experience.

Shipping is complimentary within all U.S. states.

RETURNS POLICY
Returns
All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds. Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us at support@bavanihair.com. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.
In the unlikely event of an error on our part, we are committed to making it right and will take the appropriate steps to ensure a seamless resolution for our valued customers.
